Each group gets the version it has gone longest without seeing, so the same group never receives the same text twice in a row.
A group that already exists is not duplicated — it is just marked as belonging to this business too, and keeps its history.

Facebook publishes no official thresholds — these defaults are deliberately conservative. If posts start disappearing or warnings appear, lower the daily cap first.

Off by default: two clicks per group. Turn it on if someone else is running the board and you want each step confirmed.
When the timer reaches zero you get a short chime and a desktop notification, so the tab can stay in the background between posts.
Deleting everything also wipes the log. Back up the JSON first.
The board is shared: groups, post versions and the log live on the server, so everyone who signs in sees the same history and the cooldowns stay correct. Every post is published by you, by hand, in your own window: nothing here touches Facebook. Back up JSON on the Log tab is still worth doing now and then.
